EVA Foam which is known as Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Foam is a resilient and closed cell foam with high level of cross-linkage. EVA Foam has greater recovery characteristics after compression. Due to great level of resilience, this closed cell foam as an excellent material in production of sport goods is effective for protection. Ideally suited as packaging material for protection of fragile goods.
PU Foam which is known as Polyurethane Foam is a soft and open cell foam without cross-linkage. PU Foam has good recovery characteristics after compression and spread the compressed energy easily. Due to vary degree of firmness, this open cell foam is a great way to absorb shock energy and reduce pressure. Ideally suited as material in pressure reducing products.
PE Foam which is known as Polyethylene Foam is a firm and closed cell foam with cross-linkage that provide more rigidity. PE Foam is very hard to recover to original shape after compression and doesn’t spread compressed energy easily. Due to heat-absorbing and shock-absorbing properties, this closed cell foam is great to weaken the effect of vibration. Ideally suited as packaging material for long-distance transportation.
